This page explains what personal data makion.ai processes, why, how long it is kept, and the rights you have over it. makion.ai is a studio/portfolio site: it has no sign-up, no lead form, no analytics and no third-party tracking. The only personal data we ever receive is what you deliberately send us by email.

1. Who is responsible

The data controller for this website is Eduard Kibkalo, the individual operator behind makion.ai, reachable at contact@makion.dev. For any privacy request, email that address.

2. What we collect, and when

We only receive personal data that you deliberately send us. There is no form, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party tracking on this site.

Email — if you write to contact@makion.dev (the only contact on this site), we process the contents of that email — your address, name if given, and whatever you write — solely to read and reply.
Server logs — like any website, the hosting server and the CDN in front of it may briefly log the IP address and request metadata of visitors for security and to operate the service. These are not used to profile you.

3. Why we process it (legal basis)

To reply to your email — legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering people who contact us, and steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(f) and (b) GDPR).
To keep the site secure and running (server/CDN logs) — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Nothing you send triggers an automated marketing reply or an auto-responder pretending to be a person — a human reads and answers.

4. Cookies & tracking

This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies and uses no analytics. Any strictly necessary storage (if introduced later) will be limited to what is required to operate the site.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data and do not share it with advertisers. Your email is handled by the operator. Standard infrastructure providers (hosting, email delivery, the CDN in front of this site) process data only as needed to run the service, as processors.

6. How long we keep it

Email correspondence is kept only as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting relationship, and is deleted when no longer needed or on your request (subject to any legal retention duties). Server/CDN logs are short-lived.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability. You may withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email contact@makion.dev. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.

makion.ai is operated by Eduard Kibkalo, an individual (sole operator) established in Ukraine. Contact: contact@makion.dev. As the operator is established in Ukraine, this policy applies the GDPR standard to visitors from the EU/EEA.
